The Russian army continues shelling Ukrainian settlements, three regional administrations reported casualties during the night and morning of February 13.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak, a 64-year-old man died in Nikopol due to Russian artillery shelling in the morning of February 13. A private house was also damaged.

As Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson OVA, reported, an 83-year-old resident of the village of Lviv was killed by Russian shelling at night. Yesterday, according to Prokudin, two civilians were wounded in the region as a result of shelling.

Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, also reported on the person who died due to shelling by the Russian Federation.

At 8:00 a.m., the enemy shelled the village of Kurylivka, Kupyan district, hitting the territory of a farm. A 55-year-old civilian, who was a farm worker, died.
