1759 Ukrainian children became orphans as a result of hostilities, Vasyl Lutsyk, head of the service, told Radio Svoboda in an interview.
He noted that after Russia’s full-scale attack on Ukraine, 685 children received the status of “deprived of parental care” due to the fact that their parents remained in the occupation.
